Designed like a building, the characters are added with scenic spots in Taipei City like Taipei 101 and Maokong Gondola and matched with rich colors, implying that Taipei is a city of design filled with diversity, convenience, happiness and creativity. In the design, people are often seen going upwards through numerous stairs. Penrose stairs invented by British mathematician Roger Penrose is also adopted to highlight the central idea.
