My directions where for the illustrations to be in my pop art - geometric style and that the target group to have in mind is the Millennial girl that is in high school and college. As a result the illustrations had to be fresh, playful  colorful. The size of the illustrations when used on the accessories would be quite small (around 3,5cm) so I had to keep that in mind regarding the amount of detail and outline width used. We made 4 groups-themes of illustrations. Creatures, Insects, Space and Travel. Each has it’s own color story but the style of the whole series is consistent. Pop art, bold lines, patterns and a lot of colors.
