We tried to rein in the concept a little bit, and narrow down our ideas for the platform into something more uniform and actionable. Because we weren't doing concept ideation or concept prototyping, it was important that our team be on the same page with our platforms, and have more or less unform functionality. We did this by going through some whiteboarding—doing "requirements definition" and building out a preliminary sitemap. A lot of the requirements came from client feedback, since these are things that were core to the product or within the realm of the technically feasible.
