Customers are a young couple. An individual planning was developed on the basis of an analysis of the image and lifestyle of future tenants. Six separate zones were formed, despite the small square of the apartment: an entrance hall, a kitchen area, a living room area, a bedroom zone, a bathroom and a loggia, a lounge, a zone for smoking a hookah. As a decoration used the characteristic of this style of textures and colors: brutal texture of concrete, stone, metal and wood. Textiles were used as color accents.
