The idea of using 'big heads' was used to create painful cartoon like scenarios of dangerous situations. The big heads were a way of making the scenarios not look too macabre as opposed to using real life characters. All the talent was photographed in studio to match lighting from location shots which were photographed around city stations and rail yards.
