Located in Little West 12th St, Steak Meatpacking Co. was renowned for its distinct quality meat that came from an Angus cattle farm in New Jersey. Manning the operation was Tom Butcher and his skilled crew. After hours, Tom and his men improvised a grill by the sidewalk where they would grill their Angus steaks on a stick.
