This alphabet uses typical serif and sans-serif tools at the same time, it's a hybrid type. The inspiration of the sturcture created by the chess world, the unique steps of the different figures and the game outcomes twists also appears visually. The black and white color's rythm prevail of these negative places. Wilhelm Steinitz first chess world champion's life and career was used in a flyer for the font's presentation.
