The JAJU supermarket is a commercial space in the center of the city of Esposende, a brand with five decades and that confuses its history with the city itself. The JAJU longs to be what its slogan proclaims, a modern trade area with the qualities we recognize in a traditional space: human, capable and attentive to every customer. We were invited to do the rebranding of this 50 years old brand, thinking their graphic identity and above all realize the concerns of their owners. The main objective of JAJU was about rethinking how a commercial space can be enjoyable and liability (see here), without resorting to visual aggression. The JAJU intends to establish a new business paradigm that crosses the commercial aspect with the traditional and human. Respecting the history of the supermarket, the new logo is a reinterpretation of their first communication vehicle, modernized in its forms and colors.
